SOMEWHERE IN ENGLAND

 BRITISH ‘N’ GAUGE

Built by Gary Atkinson

The layout is set during World War Two, in the Greater London area where the Big Four companies met and shared each other’s tracks due to the demands of the war and damage to the railway infrastructure by enemy action.

The layout features a double track mainline with station, sidings and a single track branch passing in front of a small loco shed.

War traffic on the railway includes tank, ammunition and troop trains as well as the regular passenger and freight workings during Britain’s “finest hour”.
